There is always a lot to get ready before your Winter skiing holiday and building your fitness is one that adds huge benefits to your week. It’s important to work on your muscular endurance and strength in your lower body so you can enjoy each day right to the last lift. Also training your balance, core stability & strength will enable you to focus, control and adapt to better ski techniques. All of these help you to get the most enjoyment from your holiday whilst also reducing the risk of injury.
With the class being no bigger than 5, Becky is able to give a personal approach and adapt to your fitness levels and goals through the session.
